We kindly request that you adhere to our appointment cancellation policy. If you choose not to attend a booked appointment, a flat fee of $50 will be charged for cancellations.
Please note that if your appointment was made online, we allow a cancellation window of up to 24 hours. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the $50 charge being levied on your account.

We are pleased to accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Cash. Kindly note that a valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.

For the safety of children and the overall satisfaction of our clients, we kindly request that parents or guardians make alternative arrangements for their children during their service appointments. Spa services are available to individuals aged 14 and above, who must be accompanied by an adult until the age of 16. Children under 14 may receive Salon services, provided they are accompanied by an adult at all times. However, children under 14 who are not receiving Salon services are not permitted in our Spa lounges, waiting areas, or service zones at any time. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in ensuring a pleasant experience for all.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to us via email at zenkospafll@gmail.com and will become effective 30 days after cancellation request is received.
